CrossFit is our bread and butter! In this class one of our excellent trainers will go over the warm up, workout, and cool down. We will show you how to do all the movements correctly, safely, and efficiently. It you need any scaling of the movements, we will show you options to fit your individual fitness levels and/or any limitations you may have. Our coaches will encourage you throughout the entire class, pushing you to your potential and keeping you safe. If you are new to CrossFit please sign up for our Intro Class to get started!
Intro Class: If you have never tried CrossFit before, you need to start here. These classes are designed to help you learn the movements, show you how a crossfit class is conducted, and to get you prepared for our regular group classes. A intro class will be small if not one on one. It will allow the coach to give you that extra attention you will need to get up to speed and make sure your experience is a great one!
